Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of HaulText and the junk removal services provided by Zentrix Ops LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “HaulText”). By requesting a quote, booking a pickup, or using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

HaulText provides junk removal services in and around Tampa Bay, Florida. You describe what needs to go, we send you a locked price by text, and you choose a 2 hour pickup window. Our crew loads the items, sweeps up, and you pay when the truck is full.

2. Locked price

The price we text you is locked in writing based on the items and load size you describe and any photos you share. If the load at pickup matches your description and photos, you never pay more than the locked price. If the actual load is larger or different, we tell you the new price before we load it. You decide whether to proceed.

3. What we can and cannot take

We haul furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and most items two people can carry. We cannot take paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, medical waste, or other hazardous materials. We tell you what we cannot take before booking, not at the curb.

4. Pickup windows

You get a 2 hour arrival window. We text you when the truck is about 20 minutes away. If we miss your window, you get $25 off your total. Curbside and garage pickups are available with photo confirmation and payment by text; you do not need to be home.

5. Payment

You pay by card, Zelle, or cash once the truck is loaded. We never require a deposit. Payment is due in full at pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to dispose of the items you ask us to haul.
• You must describe the load honestly and share accurate photos when asked.
• You must ensure safe access to the items, including clear walkways and parking for the truck.
• You must be reachable on the phone number you provide on the day of pickup, or arrange curbside pickup.

7. Our responsibilities

• We provide a uniformed HaulText crew.
• We load and remove the agreed items and sweep the pickup area.
• We provide a receipt showing where every load went, including donation or recycling destinations.

8. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule by text up to 4 hours before your window at no charge. Same-day cancellations within 4 hours may be subject to a $50 fee if the truck was already dispatched to your address.

9. Liability

We handle your items with care, but we are not responsible for damage to items you are throwing away, or for pre-existing damage to your property. Our total liability for any claim related to a pickup is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

10. Refunds

If we fail to complete an agreed pickup or materially overcharge you, contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right, including a refund where appropriate. There are no refunds for items already hauled away unless we agree in writing.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of HaulText after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in or nearest to Tampa Bay, Florida.
