SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply when you provide your mobile number to HaulText, operated by Zentrix Ops LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from us as described here. This works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What you will receive

We send text messages to:

  • Deliver your locked price quote
  • Confirm your pickup date and 2 hour arrival window
  • Notify you when the truck is about 20 minutes away
  • Send your receipt and invoice
  • Respond to your questions about a job
  • Let you know if we add service to your ZIP code (if you were out of area)

2. Message frequency

For most jobs you will receive roughly 2 to 8 messages: a quote, a confirmation, an on-the-way notice, and a receipt, plus any replies to your questions. You are not subscribed to recurring marketing messages.

3. Carriers and rates

Messages are sent through a messaging provider. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

4. Opt out

You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text from us. We will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages except for a single confirmation.

5. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help with your quote or pickup. For other support, text us during our reply hours, 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week.

6. Consent

By entering your mobile number in our quote form and tapping the button to get your price, you provide your express consent to receive text messages from HaulText at that number, including any messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. You confirm that the number belongs to you and that you are 18 or older.

7. Changing your number

If your mobile number changes, let us know so we can update our records. We are not responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer own.

8. No selling of numbers

We do not sell your mobile number or share it for marketing by third parties.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of HaulText after a change means you accept the updated terms.
